Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine sliced flank steak, cornstarch, and soy sauce.
  • Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
  • Stir in the minced garlic for 30 seconds, or until fragrant.
  • Sliced onion, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper should be added.
  • Stir fry for 2-3 minutes, or until the vegetables have softened slightly.
  • Stir in the broccoli florets for another 2 minutes.
  • Remove the vegetables from the wok or skillet.
  • Stir in the sliced beef for 2-3 minutes, or until the beef is browned.
  • Stir in 1/4 cup of water until the sauce thickens.
  • Serve the stir fry with sesame seeds on top.
