Seafood Stir Fry Recipe

This quick and easy seafood stir-fry is ideal for busy weeknights. It's flavorful and full of nutritious vegetables and protein.

  • Cook Time: 10 minutes
  • Total Time: 25 minutes

Instructions

  • Whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.
  • In a wok or large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over high heat.
  • Stir in the garlic and ginger for 30 seconds.
  • Stir-fry the mixed seafood for 2-3 minutes, or until cooked through.
  • Set the seafood aside after removing it from the wok.
  • Stir-fry the sliced bell peppers and onion in the wok for 2-3 minutes, or until crisp-tender.
  • Add the sauce mixture to the seafood in the wok.
  • Stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened and everything is thoroughly heated.
  • Serve immediately with steamed rice.
