Instructions

  • Cook the noodles according to the package directions.
  • Set aside after draining.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the vegetable oil.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the onion is softened.
  • Cook for 30 seconds, or until the garlic is fragrant.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the red bell pepper is slightly softened.
