Instructions

  • In a wok, heat the vegetable oil over high heat.
  • Stir in the garlic and ginger for 30 seconds.
  • Stir-fry the sliced mushrooms for 3-4 minutes, or until they release their moisture.
  • Stir in the green onions for another minute.
  • Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened and the mushrooms are tender, with the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper.
  • Serve immediately over rice or noodles.
